in this 20s century, there alot of women still facing women's right problem. Issue that commonly associated with notions of women's rights is though are limited to something. people thought women have limited energy , limited power to support family, limited to hold office or work , limited to education , limited to own property , limited to enter into legal contracts and limited to have parental rights. there alot issue like man abused women, women can't revolt back because for man, it is a right for them to abuse or have sexual violence to women. women start dont have the confidence of stand out of the dark and fight for their rights.
so the issue had made women from all around the world mad for it.
i was angry whenever i saw the news about abuse women or even take away women's rights. society is sosick. but what can i do ? i just a design student from no where. i cant just go to Shah Alam to talk to prime minister to increase women's right ? so i thought like i can spread the news to women to all of the world through my artwork or design video. if i can make a video for women, i would like to tell them, they should fight of their rights and be proud of being women, be confidence and be unique of just the way they are.
so in WOMEN'S RIGHT video i made, came up with the ideas of use black makers to draw alot kind patterns with black and white colour at the lips to show that is a silent voice to tell women to be more confidence of what they are like the lips. the reason i draw different kind of lips to show each women have their each personal unique in it. why i draw on a lips?? because for me, lips is a representative for women. like the lip sticker we google , people not confidence when they wear the lip sticker in crowd, but each lip sticker have their own unique. so i used this concept to elaborate as women is like the lips , they should be more confidence and stand out in society so that people can see their unique.
after all my drawings was done, i combine them all. i drew 38 piece for the drawings. the reason i drew 38 piece because 38 is a important day for all women. 38 is a international women's day (IWD) which is on March 8th .
i combine all the drawings all make it into 38 form . and here have another meaning on it.
is like when you combine all the lips together, you can see it in different ways or views. women fight for rights and contribute , it will make a better future for society. people in society would change their view or stereotype for women.

research for individual video
well, is final assignment for contextual studies, basically Mr Charles asked us to make a individual video based on your archetype and the topic of this individual assignment is SOLUTION of some issue, personal issue or either global issue. firstly i'm thinking like... what if i just go global issue way, so i came up with quite alot global issue, rape case around the world ? economic issue ? or just WOMEN's RIGHT issue?? then i see my previous post of the global issue, i talked about whats women's right issue and alot solution for the issue.
before i started my video, i try to research everything about women's right issue again and try to present women's right through my video.
then i thought like how about PATTERNS??
final ideas for my assignment i came up : using black makers to colour all the lips in different patterns.

World issue
here are some world issue would like to share out,
mr charles asked us to imagine if, one day , I meant IF , you become a superhero , you have the ability to rescue the society and decrease the global issue , which issue you'd tackle??
AS for me, i would choose women rights issue as my topic. what is women right ??
A major global women’s rights treaty was ratified by the majority of the world’s nations a few decades ago.and Yet, despite many successes in empowering women, numerous issues still exist in all areas of life, ranging from the cultural, political to the economic. For example, women often work more than men, yet are paid less; gender discrimination affects girls and women throughout their lifetime; and women and girls are often are the ones that suffer the most poverty. Many may think that women’s rights are only an issue in countries where religion is law, such as many Muslim countries. Or even worse, some may think this is no longer an issue at all. But reading this report about the United Nation’s Women’s Treaty and how an increasing number of countries are lodging reservations, will show otherwise.
Gender equality furthers the cause of child survival and development for all of society, so the importance of women’s rights and gender equality should not be underestimated.
there is a report from Human Rights Watch also describes how women’s rights have not been observed in some countries as much as expected; in some places claims are made that women’s rights will be respected more, yet policies are sometimes not changed enough—or at all—thus still undermining the rights of women.'
ways to increase women's right to have a key for better future
- initiate, and bolster existing, program initiatives to improve women’s and girls’ access to education.
- Initiate, and bolster existing, programs related to women’s security and the institutions that serve women.
- Support women’s leadership development in both the public and private sectors.
- Promote women’s access to formal and informal justice mechanisms and enforce existing laws and the Constitutional guarantee of equality.
- Initiate, and bolster, existing program initiatives to improve women’s and girls’ access to healthcare.
- Strengthen existing activities to support and expand economic development opportunities for women.
- Increase women’s political empowerment and participation.
why would i choose this topic, because i felt frustrated and angry why nowadays society still having women's rights world issue since we are 20s century people, we should think intellect for every living creatures right in the world.
